About Us
Evelyn Murphy founded Pioneer School of Real Estate in 1995. Mrs. Murphy
founded a school that provides top quality pre-licensing education courses for
those interested pursuing a real estate career and professional development
classes to real estate professionals.
All of our courses are approved by the Nevada Real Estate Division and satisfy
the state's course requirements for obtaining your real estate license. In
addition to being state approved, our Nevada real estate school curriculum is
designed by real estate professionals to effectively educate and prepare our
students for Nevada real estate license exam.

StaffEvelyn has over 30 years experience as a Realtor and Broker as well as being an innovative educator. Mrs. Murphy is also the Broker and co-owner of ERA Pioneer Properties.
She joined the company in 1999, she brings over 15 years of experience as an educator and trainer, having provided Nationwide training to professionals. Sharon is also a licensed Realtor and co-owner of ERA Pioneer Properties
